• Cancel up to 48 hours prior to the experience start time for a full refund. Cancel 24-48 hours before the experience start time for a 50% refund. Or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the experience start time. No refund 24 hours or less from the experience start time. — In the chance of bad weather on the day (rain/heavy winds) we will reschedule at your earliest convenience.
